Is Master OG good for sleep?

Master OG is considered a fairly balanced hybrid with strong indica qualities, which makes it suitable for relaxation in the evening. It may calm your mind and help you get in a relaxed state that makes sleep easier and more beneficial. Its indica roots may make it more effective in relieving minor aches for some users. 

Is Master OG Kush better in cones, joints, or pipes?
