We grow our flower under the Southern Oregon sun in the Rogue Valley. We hang-dry the full branches for a slow cure, and we hold it on the stem until your order comes in. Then our fulfillment crew trims and bags it for you. We call that made-to-order hemp flower.
What “Made to Order” Means
Made-to-order hemp flower means the flower stays on the stem after curing. We only trim, bag, and package it once an order comes in, which keeps the aroma and terpene profile intact until it ships.
We allow up to two business days to fulfill an order. Most orders placed before 1:30 PM Pacific ship the same day, and the rest typically go out the next business day. Busy stretches, weather, or carrier delays can occasionally push us toward the two-day mark.
That means the flower you get was typically trimmed within days of shipping.

When your order comes in, our fulfillment crew gets to work. Here is the basic flow:
- Order placed. Your order lands in our queue.
- Flower pulled from the stem. We pull only what we need to fill your order.
- Hand-trimmed. Our crew hand-trims your flower fresh.
- TerpLoc pouch. Your hand-trimmed CBD flower goes into a TerpLoc pouch, made to hold in odor and manage humidity. We wipe down the outside of every pouch to reduce odor in transit.
- Discreetly Boxed. The pouch goes into a sealed and unbranded box for safe & discreet shipping.
- Ships out. We personally hand off your packages with our carriers and even have UPS picking up directly from our farm daily.

- USPS Economy shipping is free on orders of $95 or more (up to 5 lbs)
- Orders under $95 ship via USPS Economy for a flat rate, or carrier calculated rates for faster shipping options (up to 5 lbs)
- UPS options are available for orders over 5 lbs
All UPS shipments require an adult signature on delivery.

Each cultivar lists available tiers and sizes on its product page. We do not custom-pick individual buds, but you choose the cultivar and tier. If you have a question about a specific cultivar, contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what is on the farm.
What happens if I order on a weekend or holiday?
We do our best to make sure weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day. The made-to-order trim happens when our crew is working, so an order placed Saturday night ships Monday or Tuesday depending on volume.
How do I know the flower is fresh when it arrives?
Fresh, properly cured hemp flower has a strong, clean aroma that matches the cultivar profile (citrus, pine, earth, diesel, sweet, depending on strain). Buds should feel slightly springy, not bone-dry or wet. Each order is trimmed within days of shipping, so the aroma you get when you open the pouch is the cultivar at its current best.
What if I miss my UPS adult signature delivery?
UPS typically attempts delivery multiple times before holding the package at a local facility. Check your tracking for the specific facility address and pickup window. If a package is returned to us, we will reach out to coordinate.
Do wholesale orders ship the same day as retail?
Wholesale orders follow the same fulfillment timeline as retail, but larger volumes may take an extra day to trim and pack. Wholesale customers are notified directly with an expected ship date after the order is reviewed.
